Have you been feeling the intense energies lately?! You are not alone! Almost everybody I know, and myself, have been feeling it as well!
We’ve had a lot of collective light energy coming in and anchoring into the Earth. We’ve been called to review events of our past, a lot of old wounds and energy are coming up to be integrated into our beings now that we are housing more light. It’s been intense to say the least!
Here are a few tips to help you manage your energy during these intense times:
Meditation will help restore your balance and aid in bringing clarity and calmness into your being.
2. Get out in nature!
Now that the weather is warm, it’s the perfect time to take yourself outside. Grounding your energy into the Earth will help you to manage the frequencies that are being brought up.
3. Take a bath!
If you know me, you know I’m a bath queen so I couldn’t leave that out of this list. If you don’t have a bathtub accessible, you can take a long hot shower and that’ll do the trick as well. Relaxing in the warm water brings peace and helps you to rid yourself of any toxins you might’ve taken on.
