Detox

With social media it’s so easy to bombard ourselves with people to follow and friend. It can become overwhelming to our senses.

I find it incredibly important to periodically go through and unfriend/unfollow what’s no longer aligned. I’ve been doing this EXTRA lately and I can definitely say I feel the difference.

It’s important that the posts we allow into our energy field light us up. What we allow should spark joy, they should inspire and motivate us, and they should be something that elevates our vibe. If you feel meh, drained or lack luster about the posts you’re seeing- it might be time to do a bit of a detox. Ya dig?
