What Are The Chakras?!

There are seven main energy centers in our energetic field- these are called “chakras”. There are also layers to our energetic field; the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual. As well as meridians; which help to move energy throughout the body. But, I digress…  The word chakra is actually Sanskrit for “wheel”. Chakras are found in many traditions, most specifically Hindu and Tibetan. Although chakras are included in many spiritual practices, they are based on awareness of energy, rather than religion. You do not need to belong to a certain religious belief in order to believe and understand in the chakras. There’s now even some science to record and validate the existence of these chakras. Some people are very intuitive and sensitive who can even see subtle energies, including our energy body and auras, and see chakras as spinning wheels of light. Each chakra glowing with it’s own color of light. But that’s not all that’s unique to each chakra. Every chakra has it’s own frequency that it vibrates at, aspect of life that it deals with, it’s own geometric symbol, it’s own musical note that it resonates with, and lastly, each chakra resonates with it’s own specific instrument(s).
